Homed in a 2000 square foot, beautiful art studio with over 50 weekly classes, over 300 weekly students, and international art programs around the globe, The Art Studio NY is committed to providing an enriching, inspiring and fun learning experience through creativity and art.

Becky Grossman graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Barnard College with a BA in Astrophysics. As an undergraduate, Becky worked in research labs at both Yale and Columbia Universities. She went on to earn her PhD in Physics from Columbia University, where, as a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow, her dissertation research focused on the orbital mechanics of binary black hole systems.
Since she was a young girl, Karene Mordechai has had a strong passion for working with children and teaching. She has gained experience working with children over the past nine years, beginning at Fired Up Youth Sports, an educational program where she specialized in working one-on-one or in group sessions training and guiding children of all ages in a variety of sports. In 2016, Karene graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree at Florida Atlantic university, majoring in Elementary Education. Since graduation, she has had the opportunity to work with children ranging from ages two to fifteen, adjusting her teaching techniques to fit each child’s needs. Her support has ranged from
