Adam Pogoda brings a unique perspective to private tutoring with his background as a skiing and sailing instructor and as a camp counselor. With a degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in Finance and Real Estate, Adam works for a private equity real estate company in Manhattan. In the past, he has worked for a large lender and for an opportunity fund.
Adam is interested in all aspects of finance and he loves finding ways to make financial ideas accessible and enjoyable to people outside of Wall Street. He has found that even the most complex trading techniques, derivatives and deal structures can be understood by anyone (even his mother). He is excited about teaching stocks, bonds, derivatives, investing, interest rates, budgeting and asset valuation to students at any level.
When he is not waist deep in an Excel model, Adam enjoys skiing, reading, rollerblading and listening to music.
