My Learning Springboard’s Leadership Team and Founders are Brad Hoffman, M.S.Ed and Learning Specialist, and Faya Hoffman, M.A. and Learning Specialist. We are a husband-and-wife team and both Board Certified Educational Planners (a specialized type of Educational Consultant) as well as Learning Specialists and former classroom teachers with complementary expertise spanning Curriculum and Instruction Design, Special Education, Corporate Human Resources, and Public Relations.
My Learning Springboard (MLS) brings together like-minded professionals under one umbrella to help families navigate myriad school-related matters and complex educational decision-making. Brad and Faya partner with each family to provide an integrated and meaningful experience, which often includes collaboration with school faculty and and a broad range of related service professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists. Working together as a collaborative team, we customize the program and experience to meet the needs of each student and family.
Our services include school admissions (PreK-12) and college counseling, private tutoring and executive function coaching, test preparation, enrichment teaching, special education services and advocacy, homeschool programs, parent coaching, and professional development.
Our main office is located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan with in-person services available across the New York City metro area. We also provide remote consultation and e-tutoring for students and families across the United States and internationally using Zoom and other collaborative platforms.
