Barbara Walters addressed the Yale class of 2012 on May 21st. In her speech, Walters shared words of leadership that she learned through her interviews with various leaders, including Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Dalai Lama, Katharine Hepburn, and Christopher Reeves. Like the commencement speeches of President Barack Obama and Aaron Sorkin, Walters talked about the importance of failure in one’s journey to “follow their bliss.” Walters said, “If you have a failure, you will rise, you will be fine, you will work your way back…”
