A lawyer and teacher by training, Shelley Simpson’s journey to the field of wellness has enabled her to work directly with people and their families as they strive to eat and live well. Before launching her own business, Shelley held positions with the New York City Department of Finance and the Department for the Aging. Formerly, she served as the Assistant Dean of Students and law teacher at Detroit College of Law, senior staff to two members of Congress, and a registered lobbyist on health policy in Washington, DC. Shelley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Wayne State University and Juris Doctor from Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University.
Shelley now devotes her time to educating people on the power of whole food nutrition with Juice Plus®, a whole food based nutritional product – not a vitamin supplement. Juice Plus® contains a wide variety of vitamins and other phytonutrients and antioxidants found in the 17 fruits and veggies it’s made from. It’s real food. Impressed with the large body of independent clinical research done on Juice Plus®, Shelley started using it because it was a simple, safe and convenient way to get the benefits of adding more nutrition from fruits and vegetables to her diet. Shelley credits Juice Plus® with giving her the edge and vitality she enjoys every day. It is safe for adults and kids and comes in a capsule or a chewable gummy, which Shelley gladly shares with her grandkids. Juice Plus® is gluten free, it’s kosher certified, National Safety Foundation certified, and even certified for sport making it the choice of Olympic and professional athletes around the world.
Shelley believes that reducing the high cost of health will require that we focus on disease prevention and improved health outcomes – especially for our kids. And the best way to promote good health and prevent disease is with good nutrition. Shelley is committed to making sure that Juice Plus® is an option made available to all of the people she knows and cares about.
